CRM and Content Manager

We are looking for a CRM and Content Manager to form a pivotal part of our marketing team. Reporting directly to the founder and the CEO, this person will be a key member of a fast-growing team within a dynamic start-up.

This multifaceted role is a mixture of CRM, Content Planning and Management (creative and copy) and Project Management. You will own our entire CRM channel, driving optimisation of marketing tools, data structure and processes to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of experiences to our customers. You will also have full responsibility for all CRM and brand content calendar, including copy and design, feeding through into other marketing channels through your content calendar. Regularly providing insights to the wider team, you will own a key marketing function within the business and have an exciting opportunity to shape our communications and brand voice.

Who are we:

We are Nikura, a UK-run, family-owned business, operating since 2016 and selling millions of bottles a year. We take great pride in creating high-quality, luxurious products that promote well-being, support relaxation, and enable creativity, among many other things. Our expansive range of essential oils, carrier oils, and fragrance oils are used by all types of customers from diffusers through to businesses making soaps and candles and even in gyms. We are proud to make our products at our facility in North London, using quality materials from UK suppliers.

What you'll do:

  • Own and manage all CRM communications through the Klaviyo platform. Reporting on performance and optimising opportunities for growth.
  • Drive customer retention and business KPIs including LTV, frequency, conversion rate and AOV.
  • Develop, own and manage all brand content, delivered through CRM, Meta and organic social media.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar that also feeds to organic social media and Meta. Drive this content through the marketing function to ensure a holistic look and feel.
  • Develop, devise and write copy for all emails, relating back to the content calendar.
  • Use your expertise to assist with organic social media, making recommendations for content that aligns across channels.
  • Use project management software (Asana / Notion /Monday or similar) to manage projects, including the development of campaign landing pages.
  • Create visually appealing email templates and other assets, designed to attract customers and drive sales.

What we are looking for:

  • An exceptional CRM Manager with 3 years hands-on experience using the Klaviyo system or similar
  • Someone comfortable with Google Analytics and other reporting solutions
  • Experience with managing agencies
  • A creative mind, with the ability to translate ideas into marketing communications, working across channels.
  • Experience with Meta and a knowledge of best practice creative solutions for social media channels.
  • A strong project management background, with expertise in project management software (Asana / Notion /Monday or similar)
  • Comfortable writing, editing and distributing newsletter communications and managing automation and flows
  • A creative and brave approach to developing and testing new and successful ideas
