      USA soy wax - 464

      Used many time before from another supplier - difficulty in maintain regular supply though. This wax as supplied by Nikura performs as other suppliers' 464 soy USA produced. However, considerably more expensive on a comparable basis i.e. 5kg bag sizes - over 15% more expensive; but Nikura does have the stock

      A new wax for me

      I've been using C3 quite religiously in trying to finalise a set of self mixed essential oil candles. I had problems with c3 wax, it used to collect and set dragging up the wax when it dried. I have just done two desperate scent candles using the 464 wax and neither has risen up the wick. I used this wax because I read it works better with vulnerable materials like essential oils and it sets smoother and has a better finish than c3. Not sure about the cold throw but I need to let it cure for 10-14 days yet.
