Our wholesale customers are incredibly important to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to build relationships with them and support them in their endeavours. We want to make the Nikura wholesale experience as seamless as possible, and so we have compiled all the information you may need to understand your wholesale account. If we've missed anything, or if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We now have a quick order form that allows you to add all the items you may need from one helpful list, rather than browsing through the website. If you enter our site knowing exactly what you want to order then you may want to go straight to the quick order tab in future. You can access it through the 'Quick Order' tab on the main menu, or through the link below.
If you want to reorder the same oils, simply enter the Quick Order tab and head to 'Re Order' to view past orders and add them to your cart.
You can download the latest wholesale prices here. All prices include VAT but exclude shipping.
Shipping is charged at the following rates:
- Up to and including 17 x 10ml bottles = £1
- 18 or more 10ml bottles = £3.40
i.e. 25 x 10ml bottles
- Any order with a 50ml, 100ml (or higher) = £5
i.e. 5 x 100ml + 3 x 50ml + 10 x 10ml
We will aim to ship everything the same day if order is received by 3pm.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24.
Spend more than £35 and we will automatically upgrade your order to Royal Mail Tracked 24 free of charge.
The shipping cost will be added at checkout.
I need SDS/CLP/IFRA/Allergen documents. Where can I find them?
All technical documents can be found on our Technical Documents page, or in the 'Documents' section of the item description. If you require any specific documents that you cannot find on our site, then please get in contact with us and we will do our best to fulfil your request.
I need custom CLP labels for my products. Where can I get them?
We can create CLP labels for you. Please call 0203 637 0946 or email email@example.com for a quote.
What if the oil I want to order is no longer available?
Sometimes we will put stock on clearance. This means that we do not plan on supplying any more of this oil when current stocks run out. If an oil that you regularly order goes on clearance, then please contact us to enquire about our current stocks - it may be that we are able to set some of our remaining stock aside, or that we can offer you a better alternative to the product we are clearing.
Can I resell your products?
Many of our wholesale customers stock our oils in their own shops or sell it on to friends. This is fine to do, but we would advise that you collect all the proper documentation from us first.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order in place. You can use your wholesale account to order as much or as little as you would like.
Can I have a further discount?
Further discounts can be available if larger quantities are ordered. However, we can make no guarantees that you will be eligible for a further discount with a larger than usual order. Please enquire with us to discuss the possibility of further discounts.
