Our Immune Boost Pure Essential Oil Blend is intended to help boost your immune system and to reduce stress, which is a contributing factor to lowered immunity.

This blend combines two powerful citrus oils with two protective herbs, all of which are said to have strong antioxidant properties and are intended to reinvigorate the immune system.

Bergamot Essential Oil

Incredibly useful in warding off illness, bergamot essential oil has a fresh, clean citrus aroma and strong cleaning abilities. It is also thought that bergamot helps us to de-stress.

Eucalyptus (Chinese) Essential Oil

Commonly used in the treatment of respiratory conditions, eucalyptus oil helps to soothe sore throats and relieve seasonal allergies. The powerful, cleansing scent of eucalyptus oil is also known to stimulate the immune system and invigorate the mind.

Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon essential oil is said to have powerful antioxidant properties which are highly beneficial to the immune system. Some studies suggest that it may also be beneficial in protecting the health of the liver, which is significant as the liver plays a large role in the health of the immune system.

Aromatherapy: Combine 5-7 drops of the oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 5-7 drops in a diffuser.
Massage: Dilute 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage into skin.
Bath: Add 6-8 drops to warm bathwater.
Skincare: Add a couple of drops to a carrier oil or your chosen lotion.
Soap: Suitable for soapmaking. We recommend following a tested recipe.
Candles: Suitable for candles. We recommend following a tested recipe.
Potpourri: Add a few drops to potpourri creations to enhance scent.
