How should this essential oil blend be used for best results?
When combined with a carrier oil, our heart chakra blend is ideal for applying to the chest and pulse points during meditative practices. It can also be added to a diffuser.
Can this essential oil blend be used topically?
Yes, our heart chakra oil can be applied topically to the skin once diluted with a carrier oil. We recommend performing a patch test before use.
How safe are the ingredients in this essential oil blend?
This blend is made using only 100% pure and natural essential oils. They are all considered safe for use on healthy adults, but be sure to consult with your doctor if you have any concerns or sensitivities.
- Aromatherapy: Combine 5-7 drops of the oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 5-7 drops in a diffuser.
- Massage: Dilute 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage into skin.
- Bath: Add 6-8 drops to warm bathwater.
- Skincare: Add a couple of drops to a carrier oil or your chosen lotion.
