Chamomile Blue | German Essential Oil

• Aromatherapy: Combine 5-7 drops of the blue chamomile essential oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 5-7 drops in a diffuser.
• Massage: Take 10ml of carrier oil and dilute 5 drops of blue chamomile essential oil. After, rub it into your skin.
• Bath: Add 6-8 drops of blue chamomile essential oil to warm bathwater.
• Skincare: Use it in your skincare and squeeze a couple of drops to a lotion or carrier oil.
• Soap: Follow a tested recipe and use it for soapmaking.
• Candles: Use some blue chamomile essential oils in your candle recipes. Just make sure it’s a tested recipe.
• Potpourri: Add a few drops of blue chamomile essential oil to your potpourri creations. This will give them a nice smell.
