Our Relax & Unwind Pure Essential Oil Blend can help you to make the most of this time, combining three soothing, stress-relieving oils to create an atmosphere of peace. Switch off, relax, and let these calming scents do their work.
1 x 10ml Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Blend - Lack of sleep impacts every aspect of our life, and it's frustrating when we're not staying awake by choice. Our Sweet Dreams Pure Essential Oil Blend combines; Lavender (French) (Lavandula officinalis), Cedarwood (Himalayan) (Cedrus deodara), Lemon Verbena (Aloysia Citrodora) and Ylang Ylang (Complete) (Cananga odorata), which have been found to enhance the length and quality of sleep so that when you rise in the morning, you're ready to face the day.
- Aromatherapy: Combine 5-7 drops of the oil with water and add to an oil burner. Alternatively, place 5-7 drops in a diffuser.
- Candles: Suitable for candles. We recommend following a tested recipe.
- Potpourri: Add a few drops to potpourri creations to enhance scent.

- Do not apply undiluted to skin.

i ordered these blended oils plus a few other essential oils from Nikura as i have started learning Aromatherapy i couldn't believe the speed of service and the quality of the oils themselves. The bottles are informative and the instructions are easy to follow........and to top it off the oils are in my opinion cheaper and better quality than other well known retailers and they also have a lot more in stock too. my favourite is May Chang which is the first scent every morning
