        Disappointing

        We buy alot of items from Nikura and absolutely love their wax quality but i was disappointed with their rose fragnance oil as it is so mild that even after pouring double the quantity, it is not effective.

        Good products always promptly delivered. This time my order went missing, the postman had delivered to wrong address, recieved good support from Nikura customer service , they replaced the order right away
