We include a shipping fee under wholesale to ensure you’re always getting the fastest, most reliable delivery possible.

If you are buying a small quantity of 10ml oils, this fee is as little as £1.

For larger orders, shipping fees will be £5 to accommodate the best quality service.

Our standard documents are free. You can download the SDS, IFRA certificate, allergen declaration and 10% CLP label for any of our oils from our technical documents page.

If you need a CLP label at a different percentage, it's £5 per oil. For a custom blend, it's £10 per blend, and that covers the full set: SDS at 100% and at your chosen percentage, IFRA certificate, allergen declaration and CLP label.

We can only make custom documents for non-hazardous bases, like candle wax.

However, if your products are advertised as having medicinal properties or make medicinal claims on labels, promotional materials, or online platforms, you would need to obtain a Product Authorisation as per the UK Medicines Act.

Alternatively, you could comply with the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive, which requires obtaining a Traditional Herbal Registration.

If you're selling aromatherapy products in the UK, it's advisable to have product liability insurance.

This insurance protects you if a product you sell causes injury or damage.

It's not legally required, but it's a crucial precaution for businesses dealing with consumer products, particularly those that involve personal care or health, like aromatherapy items.
